超声诊断在妇科急腹症中的临床应用 被引量：6

摘要 目的:探讨彩色多普勒超声检查对妇产科急诊的诊断与鉴别诊断价值及对临床治疗的指导意见。方法:回顾性总结妇科急腹症患者74例的超声检查资料。结果:本组急腹症超声诊断与临床诊断符合率95.2%。其中异位妊娠43例(40/43),卵巢囊肿蒂扭转10例(10/10),卵巢囊肿破裂7例(6/7),急性盆腔炎14例(12/14)。结论:超声检查具有快捷、方便、诊断符合率高的优点,为临床妇科急腹症的诊断及鉴别诊断提供较为可靠的依据。
