摘要
目的:观察针刺配合中药湿热敷法治疗面神经炎的临床疗效。方法:将符合标准的45例面神经炎患者随机分为治疗组23例和对照组22例。两组均采用每日1次肌注维生素B1100 mg、维生素B12500μg为基础治疗;治疗组采用针刺配合中药湿热敷法治疗;对照组采用单纯针刺治疗。观察疗程为4周。采用House-Brackmann(H-B)面神经功能评价分级系统进行疗效评价。结果:两组治疗后组间H-B分级量表比较差异显著(P<0.05);治疗组总有效率为95.7%,对照组为81.8%,两组比较差异显著(P<0.05)。结论:针刺配合中药湿热敷法对面神经炎有明显的治疗作用且临床疗效显著,值得在临床中进一步推广应用。
Objective：To observe the acupuncture combined with Chinese herb by humid wet compressing in treating facial neuritis.Methods：45 patients with standard facial paralysis were randomly divided into treatment group,23 patients and a control group of 22 cases.Both groups were given intramuscular vitamin B1100mg,vitamin B12500μg-based therapy;The treatment group was treated with acupuncture and Chinese medicine treatment of heat deposition;the control group was treated by acupuncture.Observe treatment for 4 weeks by House-Brackmann（HB） facial nerve function grading system for evaluation of efficacy evaluation.Results：After treatment,the differences between the HB rating scale were significantly（P0.05）;The total effective rate was 95.6% in the target group,81.8% in the control group.Significant difference between the two groups（P0.05）.Conclusion：Acupuncture combined with Chinese herb by humid wet compressing has obvious therapeutic effect and clinical efficacy was worthy of further application in the clinics in treating facial neuritis.
