文章重点总结近十年来国内外对大蒜抗癌作用研究的最新进展。主要从流行病学和动物模型两方面来阐述,并对大蒜抗癌的机理做了重点论述。
This article summarized the development of anti-cancer effect of garlic over the past decade. The epidemiology and animal models were to elaborate respectively, and the mechanism of anticancer of garlic was discussed indetail.
