摘要
回顾了30年来LNG工厂建设的投资情况，介绍了现代LNG工厂的设计原则，指出了影响LNG工厂投资的主要原因。
In this paper a review of historical costs of liquefaction plants over 30 years is given , design principles of LNG project are introduced and key factors contributing to LNG plant cost reduction are pointed, Table 1.
