摘要 蛇毒纤维蛋白(原)溶解酶(简称纤溶酶)主要通过降解纤维蛋白(原)而起到抑制血栓形成的作用,是一种潜在的强力溶栓剂。本文主要对近年来蛇毒纤溶酶的性质和溶栓机制的研究及其应用做一综述。 Venin fibrinolytic enzyme plays the inhibiting thrombosis role by degenerating fibrinogen,which is a potential and highly effective thrombolytic.This review focuses on the studies and application of the characteristics of venin fibrinolytic enzyme and thrombolytic mechanism.
