摘要
目的：探讨外周导入中心静脉置管（PICC）在肿瘤患者中的应用及护理。方法：选择2004年1月~2010年1月本院肿瘤科的116例患者,予行肿瘤PICC置管患者均根据患者具体情况给予预防性护理。结果：116例患者在置管过程中发生护理问题14例,其余患者置管顺利,成功率达88.8%。结论：PICC导管对需要长期进行静脉治疗的肿瘤患者,是一种可行,简易,并发症较少的方法,可在肿瘤患者治疗中开展。
Objective：To investigate the use of peripherally inserted central catheter（PICC） in cancer patients and nursing care.Methods：116 oncologic patients were selected in January 2004 to January 2010.All patients used PICC.The preventive nursing care was given to cancer patients based on the specific circumstances.Results：During the procedures of inserting catheter in 116 cases,the nursing problems occurred in 14 cases,and inserting tube was smooth conducted in the other patients with the success rate of 88.8%.Conclusion：PICC is a feasible and simple method with less complication to cancer patients requiring long-term intravenous treatment,which can be carried out in cancer patients.
