摘要
目的:观察红外线灯照射后予施贵宝护肤粉外涂治疗肛周糜烂的效果。方法:对40例肛周糜烂患者随机分成观察组和对照组各20例,观察组采用清洁肛周后予红外线灯照射再予施贵宝护肤粉外涂,对照组采用清洁肛周后予爽身粉外涂。观察两组病人肛周糜烂愈合情况。结果:观察组肛周糜烂愈合情况明显优于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:红外线灯照射后再予施贵宝护肤粉外涂对肛周糜烂的治疗有很好的效果。
Objective：To observe the therapeutic effect of infrared radiation plus external application of Shiguibao skin care powder in the patients with perianal erosion.Methods：40 cases of perianal erosions were randomly divided into observation groups（A,n=20） and control group（B,n=20）.The observation group received nursing intervention,such as local cleaning,infrared radiation and external application of skin care powder.While the control group only received local cleaning and external application of toilet powder.The healing status of perianal erosion between two groups was observed.Results：The healing rate of perianal erosion in the observation group was higher than that in the control group.The difference was statistically significant（P0.01）.Conclusion：The combination of infrared radiation plus external application of skin care powder can efficiently promote wound healing of perianal erosion.
