摘要
目的:评价PLIF治疗复发性腰椎间盘突出症(RLDH)的临床疗效。方法:2006年5月～2010年3月,我科收治的22例RLDH患者,均采用PLIF再手术治疗,22例均获得随访,随访时间为8～41个月(平均25个月)。对术前、术后分别进行JOA评分系统及改良Mcnab评分法评定治疗结果,根据X线评价植骨融合情况。结果:术后根据JOA评分,优17例,良5例,平均JOA评分改善率91.7%;改良Mcnab评分法评价,优14例、良8例;椎间植骨均获得骨性融合。结论:PLIF治疗RLDH可以获得良好的临床疗效。
Objective：To evalate the clinical results of recurrent lumbar disc herniation treated by PLIF.Methods：22 cases with RLDH operated by the method PILF during May 2006 to March 22,2010 were all followed up,JOA system and Modulated Mcnab criteria were used for evaluateion of clinical results,and X-ray of lumbar spine was performed postopratively.The patients were followedup for 8~41 months,averging 25 months.Results：All cases obtained bone fusion after 3 postaperative months,and according to the score of JOA,there were excellent in 17cases,good in 5 cases.The average score of JOA was 91.7%.According to the Modulated Mcnab criteria,there were excellent in 14 cases and good 8 in cases.Conclusion：RLDH operated by the method PILF can obtain better effects.
