胃肠道间质瘤临床病理免疫组化研究 被引量：2

摘要 目的:研究胃肠道间质瘤的临床病理及免疫组化特征,探讨胃肠道间质瘤的病理诊断方法。方法:对45例胃肠道间质瘤复习形态学并应用CD117 CD34 S-100 Actin进行免疫组化标记。结果:45例胃肠道间叶肿瘤中,胃肠道间质瘤40例,平滑肌瘤3例,神经纤维瘤2例。40例胃肠道间质瘤中,低度风险8例,中度风险25例,高度风险7例。间质瘤主要见于中老年,其中男性多于女性。结论:胃肠道间质瘤主要依靠免疫组化检测,CD117,CD34抗体是诊断间质瘤的特征性抗体。
