摘要
介绍了一种包括热电厂生产实时监控、热网用户遥测实时监控、生产实时管理和企业综合管理为一体的全厂性综合信息和监控网络系统。该系统综合运用计算机及其网络技术，实现了网络范围内的信息共享、生产和用户的实时监控及企业的综合管理，保证了热电厂的安全经济运行，大大提高了电厂的综合管理水平。
This paper presents a plant wide comprehensive information and monitoring network system for cogeneration plants. It integrates the cogeneration plant production real time monitoring, and remote and real time monitoring of heat network end users with the production real time management and enterprise comprehensive management. Through the comprehensive utilization of a computer and its network technology the system under discussion has succeeded in realizing information sharing within the network, real time monitoring of production and end users as well as the enterprise comprehensive management. As a result, the safe and economic operation of the cogeneration plant is fully ensured along with a considerable enhancement of plant broad based management level.
