摘要
分析了V形支撑梁的结构和冲压成形工艺性,确定了冲压成形工艺方案,由此设计了一套复合弯曲模,并对复合弯曲模的结构特点、工作原理和设计要点进行了介绍。实际生产表明,该模具结构合理,工作稳定,安装、调试、维修方便,生产效率高,产品精度高。
The structure and punching process of the V-supporting girder are analyzed.The punching process is determined.A compound bending die is designed accordingly.The structure feature,working principle and design points of the compound bending die are introduced.The practical production shows that the structure of the die is reasonable,stable and convenient for installing,debugging,maintenance and repair.It also has high production efficiency and accuracy.
