摘要
在分析了强化着火、低负荷稳燃和炉内结渣、喷口烧坏等问题之间的矛盾机理的基础上,提出了燃烧器的煤种和负荷自适应原理。对该型燃烧器进行了实验室和现场试验,取得了良好的应用结果。
Analyzed are the contradictory mechanisms existing among such factors as intensified ignition, stable combustion during low load operation, boiler furnace slagging and nozzle burnout, etc. On this basis a self adaptation principle of burners with respect to coal sort and boiler loads is proposed and some satisfactory application results have been obtained through lab and on site tests of such boilers.
