摘要
在固定床反应器实验台上以焦油的两种主要组份苯和甲苯为对象,实验研究了焦油裂解过程中一种循环灰的催化失活特性,测定了该种循环灰条件下的失活系数,探讨了循环灰的失活机理.实验结果表明,裂解过程中随着积碳量的增加,裂解反应速率下降。
With the object of two main components of tar: benzene and toluene, the deactivaty of a kind of circulating ash of CFBB for coking is investigated in a fixed bed reactor. The deactivate parameters of this circulating ash were measured and the deactivate mechanic was also discussed. The experimental results proved that with the increasing of coke content in ash the tar cracks slowly, it coursed the yield of coke increasing.
