摘要
试验在热重天平上进行 ,气氛为氮气 ,使用热重分析 ( TG)和差分热重分析 ( DTG)对废轮胎的热裂解行为进行了研究。记录了样品在不同加热速度、温度及不同轮胎品种下的失重规律。选用 6种过渡族金属化合物 (氯化物或氧化物 )作为催化剂 ,研究其对轮胎裂解的影响。用一个一级反应动力方程式表示了轮胎裂解过程中的失重规律。根据热重分析结果 ,计算了轮胎裂解的化学动力学参数 :表现活化能 E和频率因子 A0 。
The research on pyrolysis of waste tyres is presented in this paper.The experiments are performed in a thermogravimetric analyzer under a stream of nitrogen.Thermal analysis techniques,thermogravimetry (TG) and differential thermogravimetry (DTG) are used to investigate systematically the thermal behavior and record the weight loss of a sample at different heating rates,temperatures,tyre categories,etc.Six chemical agents of oxides and chlorides of transition metal are used as catalysts of degradation in pyrolysis.A first order kinetic equation can be successfully used to represent the weight loss during the pyrolysis of the tyre.Chemical kinetics parameters,in terms of the apparent activation energy E and the pre exponential factor A 0 ,are calculated based on thermogravimetric results.
