摘要
微型机械是一门综合性的新兴学科,已成为世界范围的研究热点,它的发展也极为迅速.主要介绍了微机械的概念、研究现状及其主要加工方法.最后,提出了我国在这一领域所应采取的策略.
The micro mechanism is a new synthetic frontier subject, which has been developed into a 'hot' research topic in the world, and a rapid progress has been gotten in this field. The discussion emphases on the concept and feature, the present situation, as well as some main micro fabrication technologies. At last, some tactics in our country are discussed .
