摘要 应用差示扫描量热法(DSC),研究了含有间苯二甲酸乙二酯(EI)共聚酯(PEIT)的非等温结晶动力学,得到了不同间苯含量(A1〈A2〈A3)共聚酯的结晶速率常数K(T)表达式及Avrami指数n。结果表明:共聚酯的结晶速率,随着间苯含量的增加而减慢,PEIT-A1,PEIT-A2的Arami指数n值,与PET接近,PEIT-A3的n值,大于PET。用^1Hn.m。 The non- isothermal crystallization kinetics of poly(ethylene terephthalate/isophthalate) (PEIT) with different isophthalate content ( A1 < A2 < A3) is studied by differential scanning calorimetry (DSC). Avrami exponent n and the expressions of crystallization rate parameter K( T) of PEIT have been obtained . The results show that K decreases with increasing isophthalate content. It is also found that n values of PEIT - At and PEIT - A2 are more or less the same to that of PET. The value of n of PEIT - A3 is larger than that of PET. The molecular chain sequence distribution of PEIT is also investigated by 1Hn.m.r method. It reveals PEIT - AI and PEIT - A2 are block - copolymer with isophthalate sequence length > 5 . PEIT - A3 is a random copolymer in which most isophthalate sequence length is 2. The relationship between the value of Avrami expoent n of PEIT and sequence distribution characteristic has been discussed.
