摘要
报告了用溴甲烷在流动熏蒸车的真空密仓真空熏蒸和常压下熏蒸储藏物害虫的研究结果。试验的害虫有谷蠹、烟草甲、暗褐毛皮蠹、书虱等。结果表明：采用真空熏蒸具有杀虫效果快、所需密闭时间短等特点。在起始真空度７８４ ｋＰａ 、终至真空度７７１ ｋＰａ 的空仓熏蒸，和起始真空度２８０ ｋＰａ 、终至真空度２６７ ｋＰａ 的满载熏蒸条件下，以５０ ｇ／ｍ３ 的溴甲烷剂量，在２５ ℃时可在９０ ｍｉｎ 的密闭时间内完全杀死受试害虫。
It is repotred that stored product insects were fumigated with methyl bromide under the condition of vacuum and normal pressure in this paper. The insects evaluated in the test included Rizopertha dominica, Lasioderma serricorne, Attagenus brunneus, Troctes divinatorius. The results indicate that vacuum fumigation can kill insects more efficiently in very short fumigating time. At 25 ℃ with 50 g/m 3 of methyl bromide all insects tested were killed completely under the condition of vacuum from 78.4 kPa to 77.1 kPa, and from 28 kPa to 26.7 kPa especially. After fumigation, the waste fumigant were handled with chemicals, so it is safety to environment.
