摘要
采用侧脑室给药,以电刺激引起大鼠甩尾反应为指标,测定动物的痛阈。结果显示α干扰素(IFNα)具有提高大鼠痛阈的作用,其镇痛作用依赖IFNα剂量,此作用能被抗IFNα单克隆抗体所阻断。纳洛酮、μ阿片受体特异性拮抗剂β-FNA能够阻断IFNα的镇痛作用,而δ和κ阿片受体特异性拮抗剂则没有这一作用,表明IFNα的中枢镇痛作用由μ阿片受体所介导。
With using the tail flick induced by electro stimulation as pain marker,it was found that pain threshold was increased significantly after injecting interferon α (IFNα) into the lateral cerebral ventricle of rats.This effect was dose dependent and abolished by monoclonal antibody to IFNα.Naloxone and specific antagonist of μ(not δ and κ)opiate receptor could inhibit the analgesic effect of IFNα,suggesting that the analgesic effect of IFNα be mediated by μ opiate receptor.
