摘要
目的探讨抽动－秽语综合征的记忆问题。方法应用韦氏记忆量表测试４１名抽动－秽语综合征的病人，同时以６３名正常儿童作为对照组。结果ＴＳ病人记忆商（ＭＱ）和某些分测验量表分（经历定向，１００→１，积累，再生，联想，背数）平均值低于对照组，差异显著（Ｐ＜０．０５～０．００１）。结论抽动－秽语综合征影响病人的记忆能力，且主要表现在相对复杂的记忆功能方面，而简单的记忆功能不受影响。
bjective Exploring the mnemonic problems in Tourette syndrome. Methods This study
examined mnemonic performance on WMSCRC(Wechsler Memmory Scale for Chinese Children
Revised )in a sample of 41 patients with TS(Tourette syndrome)while 63 normal children were
as control. Result The mean of MQ and several scale score such as conscious memory for
events, recital 100 to 1,accumulation, reproduction, association, recital figure in TS were
significantly lower than that in controls(P<0.050.001). Conclusion The memory impairments in
TS may mainly occur at the aspects of relatively complicated process, whereas the simple
memory ability is not affected.
