摘要
目的探讨健康教育对农民口腔健康行为形成的作用。方法在农村社区设立实验区和对照区。对实验区农民开展口腔健康教育和口腔卫生行为干预，对照区仅做一般卫生宣传。结果３年后实验区农民口腔卫生知晓率和刷牙率显著提高，与对照区比较有非常显著性差异（Ｐ＜０．０００１）。结论提高农民的口腔健康水平，健康教育起重要作用。
Objective To explore the actions of health education to oral
hygiene behavior of peasants. Method Testing ares and control area were set up in
countryside.In testing ares,we carried out the oral health education and intervened the oral
behavior of peasants while we only publicized general knowledge of hygiene in control area.
Results After 3 years,we found that the rate of knowing oral hygiene and brushing teeth has
raised significantly in testing area,and was higher than that in control group(P<0.001).
Conclusions Health education takes important role in raising oral hygiene level of peasants.
