加味保元汤对束缚应激小鼠免疫功能影响的研究 被引量:2

摘要 目的研究加味保元汤对束缚应激小鼠巨噬细胞吞噬功能的影响。方法80只小鼠随机等分成正常组、应激组、应激加药组和应激加水组,用巨噬细胞体内吞噬法,测其吞噬率及吞噬指数。结果应激组与正常组比较,应激组吞噬率及吞噬指数明显降低(P<0.01);应激加药组与应激组比较,应激加药组吞噬率及吞噬指数明显升高(P<0.01);应激加水组与应激组比较,吞噬率及吞噬指数均无明显改变(P>0.05);应激加药组与应激加水组比较,应激加药组吞噬率及吞噬指数明显升高(P<0.01);应激加药组与正常组比较,吞噬率无明显改变(P>0.05)。结论加味保元汤对束缚应激小鼠巨噬细胞吞噬功能具有保护作用。 Objective To study the effect of Baoyuan Tang on macrophage phagocytosis of mice by restraint stress. Method Eighty mice were divided randomly into nomal group,stress group,stress group adding Baoyuan Tang and stress group adding water to detect the phagocytic rate and phagocytic index by means of phagocytosis within body. Results Both phogocytic rate and phagocytic index of stress group decreased highly compared with that of nomal group;(P<0. 01) ; both phagocytic rate and phagocytic index of stress group adding Baoyuan increased significantly compared with that of stress group (P< 0. 01) ; between stress group adding water and stress group, both phagocytic rate and phagocytic index had no changes (P>0.05); phagocytic rate and phagocytic index of stress group adding Baoyuan increased significantly compared with thaf of stress group adding water (P< 0. 01) ; between stress group adding Baoyuan and nomal group, phagocytic rate had no changed (P>0.05). Conclusion Baoyuan Tang plays a protective role on macrophage phagacytosis in mice by reslraint stress.
