摘要
目的探讨谷氨酸转运体在CCK-8调节癫痫发作中的作用。方法采用核团微量注射和放射免疫分析的方法,观察谷氨酸转运体功能在大鼠癫痫发作及CCK-8调节癫痫中的变化。结果(1)大鼠癫痫发作后,其海马谷氨酸转运体功能明显下降(P<0.05);癫痫发作次数增加,谷氨酸转运体功能下降愈显著(P<0.01)。(2)海马CA3区注射CCK-8后诱发癫痫,大鼠海马内谷氨酸转运体功能明显增高(P<0.05)。结论癫痫发作可导致脑内谷氨酸转运体功能下降。
Objective To study the effect of glutamate transporter
on CCK8 adjusting seizure in rat hippocampus. Method The change of glutamate transporter
function in seizure and CCK8 adjusting seizure were studied by means of micromjection and
radioimmunoassay. Results After seiure, glutamate transporter function was
decreased(P<0.01).Injecting CCK8 into hippocampus CA3 area and inducing seizure,
glutamate transporter function was significantly increased in hippocampus (P<0.05).
Conclusion Seizure can decrease the glutamate transporter funtion in hippocampus, while the
mechanism of CCK inhibiting seizure may associated with glutamate transporter function in
brain.
