摘要
建立了一种微波消解样品、氢化物发生原子荧光光度法测定中药中汞(Hg)、砷(As)含量的方法。在实验条件下,测定药品中Hg、As平均回收率分别为104.1±5.3%,94.6±1.8%,RSD<5%。本法具有操作简便、快速、准确、灵敏、重复性好等优点,可用于中药中Hg、As的测定。
Determination of mercury and arsenic in herbal medicines by microwave digestion,intermittent flow hydride generation_atomic fluorescence has been performed.The average recovery rates of Hg and As have been proved to be (104.15.3)% and (94.61.8)% respectively by the recovery tests of standard addition to the samples,and RSD of determination of Hg and As is less than 5% under optimum conditions.The method has the advantages of simple and quick operation,high precision,good reproducibility and low interference for the determination of Hg and As in herbal medicines.
