摘要
归脾颗粒剂具有益气健脾、养血安神之功效，其实验结果显示：归脾颗粒剂大、中剂量组均提高血虚模型小鼠的血红蛋白及红细胞数；有效降低小鼠自发走动时间，减少小鼠前肢上举的次数，明显增加小鼠特异性抗体（溶血素）的含量，延长小鼠的游泳时间和延长缺氧生存时间。
Guipi granule ( GG )has the actions of invigorating spleen,benefiting Qi,nourishing blood and calming mind.The experimental results showed that GG in large and moderate dosage can markedly increase the red cell number and the hematoglobin content in mice with blood_deficiency syndrome,reduce the time of spontaneous activity and decrease the frequency of lifting fore paw in mice,and also obviously increase the content of hemolysin.It can prolong the swimming time of mice and the survival time in anoxic state.
