摘要
家兔、小鼠和大鼠分别用狼疮肾宁片０．３５、１．０５、３．１５ｇ／ｋｇ，０．６５、１．９５、５．８５ｇ／ｋｇ和０．５、１．５、４．５ｇ／ｋｇ三种剂量具有下述作用：（１）抑制家兔皮肤Ⅲ型变态反应；（２）使正常小鼠Ｔｓ增多，Ｔｈ／Ｔｓ比值降低；（３）以阳离子化牛血清蛋白（Ｃ＿ＢＳＡ）造成家兔免疫复合物性肾炎，以同种异体肾皮质造成的Ｈｅｙｍａｎｎ肾炎模型，其尿蛋白量、血清肌酐、血清尿素氮和肾小球直径均高于生理盐水对照组。而狼疮肾宁片使两种肾炎动物模型的尿蛋白、血清肌酐、血清尿素氮和肾小球直径均显著低于模型组，提示有防治作用。
Various dosages of Langchuang shenning Tablet were given to rabbits,mice and rats,and the following effects were observed:(1)It can inhibit type skin allergic reaction in rabbits;(2)increase the number of Ts cells and reduce the ratio of Th/Ts in normal mice;(3)decrease the contents of proteinuria,serum creatinine,serum urea nitrogen and glomerulus diameter in rabbits with immune complex nephritis induced by cationic activation bovine serum albumin and rats with Heymann's nephritis induced by homologous and heterogenous renal cortex.It is indicated that Langchuang shenning Tablet is helpful for the prevention and treatment of nephritis.
