摘要
对外用中药皮肤表麻制剂“辛酥酊”进行了药效学的初步研究。经温浴法疼痛实验结果表明，小鼠尾贴敷６０ｍｉｎ后痛阈值增加９．２±７．６（ｓ），较对照组明显提高（Ｐ＜０．０５）。人体前臂内侧皮肤贴敷实验结果表明，贴敷２ｈ后的针刺皮肤痛觉（ＶＡＳ）较对照组明显减少（Ｐ＜０．０１）。其皮肤表麻效果与日本的Ｐｅｎｌｅｓ○Ｒ皮肤表麻贴片基本相同。结果表明辛酥酊具有明显的皮肤表麻作用，但其轻度刺激性尚待改进。
The pharmacodynamics of Xinsu Tinctura (BXXT ),a Chinese herbal preparation with the cutaneous anesthetic effect,was studied.The warm_water bath pain experiment was carried out in mice.The results showed that the pain threshold in XT group was significantly increased after application of XT on the tail for 60 mins as compared with the alcohol control group( P < 0.05Q).Pain perception test was done by applying the test drugs on the ventral surface of the forearm in volunteers.It was shown that the pain was markedly reduced in XT group as compared with control group( P < 0.01 ).The cutaneous anesthetic effect of XT is similar to Penles which is a local analgesic made in Japan.However,a mild irritating effect of XT is noticed.
