摘要
目的探讨食用生山楂引起肠石性肠梗阻的病因及诊治方法。方法对我院１９８８～１９９６年间收治的１３例食用生山楂引起的肠石性小肠梗阻的临床资料进行了回顾性分析。结果所有１３例病人均在典型的机械性肠梗阻出现前４～８ｈ有食用生山楂史，经手术证实肠结石阻于末端回肠。结论①食用生山楂可引起肠石性肠梗阻；
Objective To investigate the etiology, diagnosis and treatment of small intestine obstruction caused by intestinal stone resulting from intaking raw hawthorn. Method Clinical data of 13 cases of intestinal obstruction admitted between 1988 and 1996 were reviewed. Results All 13 cases had a history of taking raw hawthorn 4～8h before the typical intestine obstruction occurred, and the haw thorn stone was found impacted at the terminal ileum resulting in intestmal obstriction during lapartomy. Conclusions ① Taking raw hawthorn can cause intestine obstruction; and ② Operation is the main measure for diagnosis and treatment of this disease.
