摘要
目的评估多脏器联合切除术治疗进展期胃癌的临床效果。方法对１９９２～１９９５年我院采用多脏器联合切除术治疗的２５例Ⅲ，Ⅳ期胃癌的临床资料进行回顾性分析。结果多脏器联合切除术安全可行，２５例中无手术死亡；生存期均超过１０个月，中位生存期２２个月。结论多脏器联合切除术治疗进展期胃癌是安全可行的，有助于延长生存期。
Objective To evaluate the effect of combined multiple organ resection for patients with advanced gastric cancer (AGC). Methods The clinical date were analysed retrospectively in 25 consecutive patients with AGC (stage Ⅲ or Ⅳ) treated with combined multiple organ resection from 1992 to 1995. Results Combined multiple organ resection for patients with AGC was a safe and effective method without operative death in this series. All the patients survived over 10 months with the median survival time 22 months. Conclusions Combined multiple organ resection for patients with advanced gastric cancer is found safe and effective. It can get a long survival time, and improve life quality of patients with AGG.
