摘要
1型糖尿病是一种 由胰岛β细胞免疫性破坏所致胰岛素绝对缺乏的代谢性疾病。尽管可以用外源性胰岛素替代治疗,但效果难近人意。近年来,基因重组及转基因技术的迅速发展和实验性糖尿病动物模型的日趋成熟,为1型糖尿病的治疗开拓了一条新的途径。本文就1型糖尿病胰岛素基因治疗的研究现状,尤其是胰岛素基因表达调控的最新进展作一简要综述。

effects are imperfect. In recent years, since the technologies of gene recombi-nation and gene transfer have developed remarkably, gene therapy would be a new approach for type -1 diabetes. This article reviewed the study progress of insulin gene therapy for type-1 diabetes, especially for that of the expression and control of insulin gene.
