摘要
近几年来院务公开作为医院的一项日常工作得到了普遍的认同,并陆续实行和推广。本文通过对北京大学人民医院职工的随机问卷调查,从认知程度这个侧面分析了院务公开的成效,并对进一步深化院务公开的措施进行了探讨。
In recent years, the routine of hospital affair publicity has been generally acknowledged and gradually practiced and popularized. The writer made a random survey of questionnaire on the staff members in People＇s Hospital of Peking University, analyzed the achievement in hospital affair publicity in the point of cognitive degree and made a further exoloration to the ways for deepening the oublicityof hospital affairs.
