摘要
新医改形势下,为探究我国县级医院的综合竞争能力,采用一系列科学方法,确定3个一级和12个二级评价指标,构成县级医院竞争力定量测评体系,最后采用TOPSIS法建立评价模型,进行定量分析。
Under the new situation medical reform, in order to explore the county hospitals＇ comprehensive competitive power, the writers of the article utilize a series of scientific method, confirm three first level and twelve second level evalua- tion indicators which constitute the quantitative and evaluating system of the county hospitals＇ competitive power, finally, build an evaluation model with the TOPSIS method for the quantitative analysis.
