摘要
应用植物生长分析、生物化学分析和 R A P D 技术,对1990 年从吉林省引进,已在杭州分别种植1 季、6 季和8 季的4 个大豆品种吉林20 号、吉林21 号、吉林23 号、吉林25 号进行农艺性状、经济性状和基因组 D N A 的比较研究。结果表明:各品种在杭州种植6 季以后,株高增加,百粒重增加,总粒数减少,每荚粒数不变,分枝数减少,蛋白质含量升高,基因组 D N A 未见显著变化。吉林23 号在杭州的适应性较好。
Four soybean cultivars Jilin 20,Jilin 21,Jilin 23 and Jilin 25 were introduced from Jilin Province in 1990 and planted respectively for 1,6 and 8 seasons in Hangzhou.A comparative study was carried out to investigate their agronomic and economic characters and genome DNAs,using plant growth analysis method,biochemistrical analysis technigues and RAPD.The results showed that after 6 seasons in Hangzhou,plant height,100 seed weight and seed protein content increased,while the number of total seeds and branches per plant decreased.There were no obvious changes in number of seeds per pod and genome DNAs.The adaptability of Jilin 23 was the best.
