摘要
目的:研究美托洛尔联合阿司匹林对心脏X综合征的疗效。方法:55例患者随机分为两组,美托洛尔联合阿司匹林的治疗组,单用美托洛尔的对照组,予治疗3个月后进行治疗前后出现运动试验阳性的时间、ST段水平下移幅度、每天出现心绞痛次数比较。结果:两组治疗前后出现运动试验阳性时间、ST段水平下移幅度、每天心绞痛发作次数比较,具有显著性差异(P<0.05),治疗后两组差值比较,差异也具有显著性(P<0.05)。结论:美托洛尔联合阿司匹林可以治疗心脏X综合征。
Objective：To study the metoprolol aspirin on heart X syndrome.Methods：55 patients were randomly divided into two groups,metoprolol in combination with aspirin in the treatment group,metoprolol alone control group,for treatment in March after the exercise test before and after treatment of the time,ST segment on the level down,the daily number of angina compared.Results：Both treatment time before and after exercise test,ST segment horizontal depression of amplitude,frequency of angina pectoris attacks per day was significant difference （P0.05）,the treatment group compared with the control group,the difference between the two groups is also significant （P0.05）.Conclusion：metoprolol in combination with aspirin to treat heart X integrated.
