摘要
从能量平衡原理出发,对电子工业炉窑的能源利用状况进行了分析评价,对炉窑设计建造、运行管理等方面做了节能潜力评估,指出提高电子工业炉窑能源利用效率是电子信息产业发展的需要,标准化工作任重道远。
In this paper, based on the energy balance principle, it is analyzed and evaluated the situations of the utilization of energy of electronic industrial furnace, and energy-saving potential assessment is made on the design and construction, operation and management for the industrial furnace, and pointed out that improving energy efficiency furnace is the demand for the development of the electronic information industry, the standardization in this field is still on the road.
