随着经济发展与环境之间的矛盾日益突出,健全碳交易市场、发展低碳经济是必然趋势,世界各国逐渐注重使用市场手段来促使企业与社会各界保护环境。本文介绍了国际碳交易市场及其产品的主要特点,重点分析了金融危机以来各个市场的发展趋势,并探讨目前中国碳市场的发展状况及展望。
With the rising conflicts between economic development and environment, establishing carbon market and lowcarbon economy is an inevitable choice. Governments in many countries pay more attention to protect the environment by using market methods. This paper introduces some main characteristics of global carbon markets and in particular analyzes their trends after the crisis. In addition, it discusses present conditions and expectations about the carbon market in China.
