摘要
介绍我国重特大灾害消防应急通信现状,论述应对重特大灾害消防通信保障的技术和措施,介绍以卫星通信专网为主体,公用卫星电话、短波设备、超短波电台等为辅的应急通信框架设计。从通信网的层次结构、组网技术体系、管理平台系统、技术系统等方面介绍消防应急通信网。
The status of emergency communication for severe disasters in China was introduced. The technology and measures to protect the emergency communication were discussed. The frame design of emergency communication, whose main body is satellite communication network, and auxiliaries are public satellite phone, HF equipment and FM radio, was introduced. The emergency communication network was introduced in points of hierarchy, networking technology system, management platform and technology system.
