摘要
介绍了竹集成材、重组竹、A级竹篾层积材和竹单板层积材四种竹材人造板基本单元的制备方法、竹材利用率以及竹材人造板的制造工艺和方法并对四种竹材人造板的力学性能进行了比较,结论认为,竹单板层积材在制备的过程中,将竹材的一次利用率提高到90%~95%,且其各项力学性能指标均有大幅度的提高,是一种可持续发展的新型材料。
The kinds of bamboo-based panel were various, which included laminated bamboo veneer lumber, bamboo Glalam, laminated bamboo strip lumber and bamboo restructuring. This paper introduced the preparation method of basic units, the utilization rate of bamboo, manufacturing processes and methods of four kinds of bamboo-based panels, at the same time the mechanical properties were compared. Results show that the once utilization rate of laminated bamboo veneer lumber reached 90%-95%,and mechanical properties were greatly improved, while it makes little radius bamboo can be used effectively.
