摘要
充分考虑了农作物不同生长期所需的肥料和农机具田间作业的恶劣条件,开发了精播机双层肥料监测报警系统装置。从电路功能上实现了肥料的堵塞报警和缺肥报警指示,并且显示出故障所在的具体位置,避免了肥料施播断条现象的发生。考虑到农机具田间的作业条件,传感器选择了可调的电容式接近开关。田间使用结果表明,该装置性能稳定可靠,对农业生产具有巨大的生产意义和经济效益。
Fully considering required fertilizer for crops during different growing periods and bad condition in field for agricultural implements,developed the double Layer Fertilizer Monitoring Alarming System Device for Precision Seeder.From the circuit function realized the fertilizer blockage of alarm and lack of fertilizer emergency instructions,and shows the location of the source of the problems,to avoid the fertilizer was broadcast break bar phenomenon occurs.Considering the farm field operation conditions,the sensors chose adjustable capacitive proximity switch.Field application result shows that the device performance is stable and reliable,to the agricultural production has great production significance and economic benefits.
