摘要
气浮垫的超研磨过程对研磨质量有决定性的影响,研究气浮垫的研磨过程对于保证气浮垫研磨后的表面质量有重要的意义,文中从运动学和几何学的角度出发,建立了气浮垫精密研磨的轨迹方程,并利用编写计算机程序对其仿真,分析主要工艺参数对气浮垫的表面质量的影响。
The lapping process of the floatation cushion has a significant influence on the lapping quality,therefore it is of great significant to study the path and velocity of lapping process for guaranteeing the lapping quality.In this paper,based on the kinematics and geometry principle,a path equation was established and the computer simulation software was developed for figuring the path curves of the process,and discuss lapping process of the floatation cushion,systematically analyze the effect of the main process parameters for surface uniformity of the floatation cushion.
