摘要
基于石棉对人类健康具有很大的危害性的事实,近年来世界各国颁布法令控制并逐渐禁止在制品中使用石棉。规避石棉的危害和贸易风险是我国政府监管机构、制造商、学术界十分关注的问题。本文讨论了石棉的危害机制及国内外对石棉的控制法规、标准。对合理利用石棉,保护环境等具有重要的参考价值。
In view of the fact that asbestos are harmful to the health of mankind and environment. Many countries in the world have been enacted laws so as to gradually limit and fully prohibit the use of products combined with asbestos. To avoid the risk of the asbestos in trade and healthy protecting is a focus problem for the supervision department of government, manufacture and academic circle. In this article, the asbestos control laws, maximum residue limit, and its pathogenesis were discussed. There are important reference values to utilizing of asbestos and protecting of environment.
