摘要
采用柱层析和制备HPLC的方法,从银杏叶中有效地提纯出山奈素-3-0-鼠李糖(2″→1″′)葡萄糖(6″′→1″)肉桂酸酯和槲皮素-3-0-鼠李糖(2″→1″′)葡萄糖(6″′→1″)肉桂酸酯。用紫外、红外和1HNMR和13CNMR对其结构进行了鉴定。
Kaempfero1-3-0-rhamnosy1(21)glucosy(61)cinnamate and Quercetin-3-0-rhamnosy1(21)glucosy1(61)cinnamate were isolated and purified by both polyamide and preparative column of HPLC,the stuctures were elucidated by UV.IR.1HNMR and 132CNMR,And the relative contents of above two in Ginkgo biloba leaves and extracts of Ginkgo biloba leaves were quantitatively analyzed.
