从生产工艺上讲,硬糖的分批加工是采用自动连续蒸煮系统在限定的时间内生产出多批产量和质量恒定的糖液,然后分别对每批糖液进行调香和进一步加工。换句话说,就是从单一蒸煮机向多条成型生产线供应不同特性的调香糖液,在同一时间生产多种香味的硬糖产品。 以往,分批糖果的生产完全是以人工方法进行的,质量的一致性完全取决于人为因素,而劳动力的成本相应地削减了生产灵活性的优势。随着科技的进步,现代化机械自动真空蒸煮机的应用。
