Optimization and Transformation of Automatic Air-Door System in Nanminghe Iron Mine

摘要 重点研究了PLC控制系统和推拉组装式门体结构。推拉组装式门体结构,可以将风压对风门运行的阻力降低到最小,使风门运行平稳自如;通过对风门整体框架的拆卸和活动挡风板的调节可以灵活扩大过断面积,满足过载要求;PLC控制系统不仅很好地实现了风门自动开关和故障实时检测与处理,还实现了冗余控制和系统断电保护的功能,整个过程无繁琐动作,简单高效且安全可靠。 PLC control system and the structure of pull-and-puch-and- assemble air door are particularly investigated. The structure of pull-and-push-and-asseble door can maximumly reduce resistance of air pressure to air-door and make air door steaty-flexible,at same time,areas to pass through are expanded for meeting requirement that equipment can pass door through disassembly of whole air-door frame and regulation of shutter that obstruct wind;PLC control system can not only achieves opening and closing air-door automatically,checking and handling fault real-time,but also finishes redundancy controlling and protection when power supplied to system are cut down. The whole process,without complex action ,is simple, efficient and reliable.
