摘要
针对某型特种车辆在行驶过程中出现前悬振动过大的现象,利用有限元分析软件ANSYS对车架结构强度和刚度进行了分析,确定了问题原因,制订解决方案后进行对比分析和试验验证,有效解决了问题。
Aimed at the phenomena about the excessive vibration of front suspension in a certain type special vehicle when it was driving, the strength and stiffness of the frame were analyzed by ANSYS. It determined the reason of problem and pointed out the solving method. From comparative analysis and experimental verification, the problem was resolved efficiently.
