摘要
阐述了国外基因工程技术在啤酒行业育种中的应用，希望国内啤酒行业和相关研究机构开展这方面的研究，加强产、学、研结合，增强与国外的技术合作。
The application of gene engineering technique in the breeding of beer industry in foreign country was expounded.It was hoped that the research works on this object will be developed by home beer industry and the institute for science research.The integration of production,science research and the technique cooperation with foreign organizations will be enhanced.The science and technique will be quickly transformed into productive forces.
