摘要
目的对非脱垂子宫阴式切除术的临床意义进行分析,对此种疗法的方法改进和优越性进行探讨。方法对我院在2006年1月至2009年4月期间收治的需要施行子宫切除术的非脱垂子宫妇科患者施行非脱垂子宫阴式切除术并且进行临床观察,改进非脱垂子宫阴式切除术的传统的方法。结果所有实施手术的患者,没有一个有膀胱或直肠损伤的情况发生。所有的患者在手术后利用8周的时间进行随访,发现只有2例患者的阴道顶端可以看见丝线头,经过拆除后全都愈合。结论用非脱垂子宫阴式切除术来治疗妇科疾病的手术时间短、恢复很快,手术过程中出血不多、发热率低、手术后痛感轻,而且没有并发症的发生,是一种值得推广应用的子宫全切术方法。
Objective To analyse the clinical significance of the non-prolapsed uterus vaginal resection and discuss the improvements and advantages of this treatment.Methods To do the non-prolapsed uterus vaginal resection and clinical observation for the patients who has a need for hysterectomy and improve the traditional methods of non-prolapsed uterus vaginal hysterectomy.Results A bladder and rectum injuries do not happen of all patients operated. All the patients are followed in 8 weeks after surgery and only 2 cases＇ thread of vaginal top can be seen,and after healed they are removal.Conclusion The operative time of the non-prolapsed uterus vaginal surgery for the treatment of gynecological diseases is short,the recovery is soon,bleeding during the operation is not much,the chance to be fever is low,no so much pain and no complications occurred,and it is a valuable method of hysterectomy to be widely applied.
