摘要
主要解决使用一台变频器带载软启动多台设备时所遇到的同步切换问题．借助锁相技术可使从变频器向工频电源切换的瞬间电压的大小频率和相位一致，达到平稳切换的目的．切换过程中电机电流不超过其额定电流的１．５倍。
This paper mainly refers to the synchronous switching of soft starting of multi equipments with an inverter.Equal altitude,frequency and phase can be achieved at the moment of switching from inverter to power lines by phase locked loop technique for smooth switching. Maxim switching current keeps less than 150% of motor rated current and maintain time is no longer than 20 ms.
