针织蚕丝绸质地细致、轻薄、手感柔软丰满、吸湿透气性好.在织造针织蚕丝绸前,蚕丝采用汽蒸处理,织造过程中,通过加放蜡块、减少进纱路数、控制织造温湿度等措施,采用SGE2401A-28G型大圆机编织,利用WME242-2型小浴比染色机进行染色加工及采用LME型呢毯整理后,针织蚕丝绸的尺寸稳定性、缩水率等指标有较大提高,达到了产品上档次的目的.
The silk fabric, knitted on large diameter circular knitting machine SCE2401A, is a fine quality, light weight product with soft and full handle, good absorbency and permeability. Good knitting results have been obtained by means of some measures which have been taken during knitting process, such as yarn waxing, feeder decreasing as well as temperature- and humidity-controlling besides yarn steaming before knitting. Dyed on low batch-ratio dyeing machine WME242-2 and finished on LME felt finishing machine, the final product has graded to a higher level with the demensional stability and shrinkage improved to a certain extend.
