摘要
植物油的氧化酸败严重影响其营养价值和风味品质,并对人体健康构成威胁。因此,开发一种高效、低价的油脂快速检测仪器具有重大的社会意义。本文在自制的一套食用油脂品质快速检测系统的基础上,对检测系统中两个关键部分文氏电桥振荡电路和电容传感器的各个参数进行了优化,结果表明文氏电桥负反馈环路中电容C2被传感器取代,电容C1值为5PF,电阻R1、R2值分别为43kΩ和169kΩ,此时,传感器的敏感度最大。电容传感器的参数确定为电极宽度0.2mm,极间宽度3mm。
Oxidation seriously affects the nutritional value and flavor quality of vegetable oil and hazard human health. Therefore, development of efficient, low-cost oil rapid detection equipment is of great social significance. In this paper, based on a self-made edible oil quality rapid detection system, the parameters of two key parts, Wien bridge oscillator circuit and capacitance sensor, are optimized. The results show that the capacitor C2 is replaced by sensors; The capacitor C1 is 5 PF; And the resistors R1 and R2 are 43 kΩand 169kΩ, respectively, in negative feedback loop of Wien bridge. Under these conditions, the sensor has the maximum sensitivity. The parameters of Capacitance sensor are determined the electrode width 0.2 mm and the width between electrodes 3 mm.
