摘要
采用多次浸渍—干燥—高温焙烧法制备了表面包裹镧氧化膜的硅胶吸附剂,对模拟含氟水样进行了静态及动态吸附实验.结果表明,镧氧化膜硅胶具有吸附容量大(2 .650 m g/g) 、稳定性好、适用于处理偏酸性含氟水体等特点, 除氟效率可达90 % 以上.其除氟机理是以离子交换为主,兼有表面络合作用.对吸附达到饱和的镧氧化膜硅胶用0 .01 m ol/ L 稀硝酸镧溶液再生后可重复利用.并通过扫描电镜对其表面结构和氧化镧活性组分的形态进行了观察.
In this paper, a lanthanum oxide—coated silica gel was prepared by using impregnating—evaporating—baking method, which was used to remove fluoride through static adsorption test and column test. The result shows that this adsorbent has many characteristics such as considerable capacity (2.650mg/g), stability of oxide membrane and so on. The removal rate of fluoride was more than 90% at moderate acidic solution. The mechanism of fluoride removal was mainly ion exchange with surface complexcation, 0.01mol/L La(NO 3) 3 solution was used to regenerate the adsorbent as adsorption saturated. Surface structure and oxide membrane’s form of adsorbent were observed through SEM .
